Requests and Booking
Booking requests will be answered within a few hours and definitely before the end of the day. Email is my preferred method of initial contact. If I can meet your photography needs, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Pre-shoot consultation
I will communicate clearly and openly with you throughout the entire process. We will work together to ensure that your vision comes to fruition.
Photography Experience
Staged photoshoots such as portrait and headshot sessions will be relaxed and fun. While events are going on, I’ll quietly take photos while you enjoy the celebration or program. I’ll always try to honor reasonable last-minute requests.
File Backup
All unprocessed (RAW) photos will be backed up via a portable SSD drive and secure cloud service to ensure your images are safe. Raw files with unedited photos will NOT be given.
Editing
Editing should be completed within 1 week of the shoot or event unless discussed.
Delivery
I will email you a digital gallery with high-resolution and social media-optimized photos. You will also have a link to Mpix if you wish to print pictures or send your high-resolution prints to another online photo printing service.
